Did they do it to see if we were on our toes,

A Warm & Fuzzy Feeling

To have a warm & fuzzy feeling over a nightbreeze,
that's almost an oxymoron, c'mon Angel please.
But if the breeze was what you wanted to cool your hide,
I guess maybe you'd feel warm and fuzzy, but just inside.

Or perhaps that choice of words won't work at all,
especially if it's on a real cool day in Fall.
But then if that night breeze is still warm you know,
then maybe that phrase of Angel's would be a go.

Outside my window, the leaves rustle,
cars speeding by, why the hustle?
Awakened by someone's snore,
unable to type words anymore.

The snoring I heard, well, it was me,
interupting my typing of poetry.
